Scope

These terms govern your use of this website and the publicly reachable parts of the Andromeda console. They are not the terms of a deployment. Field infrastructure, instrumented sandboxes, data delivery, and any commercial engagement are governed by a separate signed agreement, and where that agreement and this page conflict, the agreement wins.

By using this site, you accept these terms.

What the console output is, and is not

This matters more here than the rest of the page, so it is stated plainly.

• The demo workspace runs on synthetic fixtures. The parcels over Austin are generated, not a cadastre. The interaction is real; the data is not.
• Global terrain screening is indicative. Slope, flood, and landslide surfaces modelled from global elevation data are a screening aid, not published hazard mapping, not a survey, and not a substitute for site investigation.
• Suitability scores are a function of the weights you set. They rank options under an explicit weight vector. They do not determine whether a site is safe, permitted, or buildable.

Do not rely on any output of this site for engineering, safety, planning, permitting, insurance, or investment decisions. Engage us, and a qualified professional, for that.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access accounts, city data, or systems you have not been granted.
• Do not scrape, bulk-download, or redistribute tiles, parcel data, or scores.
• Do not probe, load-test, or interfere with the service without written permission — see the Security Disclosure page for how to report a vulnerability properly.
• Do not submit unlawful content, or personal data you have no right to share, through the intake form.

Accounts and access

Ingested city data is published per engagement and scoped to the parties on it. Access credentials are personal to the recipient, and you are responsible for activity under them. We may suspend access where these terms are breached or where a credential is compromised.

Intellectual property

The site, the console, and their underlying software, models, and design are ours or our licensors’. Nothing here transfers those rights. Third-party data — basemaps, elevation, open cadastral and hazard sources — remains subject to its own licence and attribution terms, shown in the console where it is used.

Content you submit stays yours. You grant us only the permission needed to evaluate and respond to it.

Availability

This site and the public console are provided as-is, with no availability commitment. Uptime, support, and service levels exist only where a signed agreement creates them.

Disclaimer and liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the site and console are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of data.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Neicrone is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on output of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and contact
