Unit 06 is the fourth chassis revision in the Neicrone field line. The first two generations ran wheeled platforms built for warehouse floors, not tidal mud — both stalled out within a week of live deployment. The tracked drivetrain and sealed sensor mast that replaced them have logged uninterrupted duty since.

Independently driven tracks with a sealed bogie assembly, chosen after the wheeled Gen-2 prototype stalled out in mud within its first week in the field.

Sensor mast

STEREO + LIDAR + THERMAL

Stacked stereo pair, spinning LiDAR, and a thermal channel on a mast sealed to IP66, holding calibration through wash-downs and standing water.

Edge compute

ON-DEVICE TRIAGE

Perception and bandwidth-aware triage run on the unit itself, so only the rare event leaves the mast before the nightly upload window.

CAN BUS · GNSS · IMU

CAN bus, GNSS, and IMU state normalised into one queryable timeline, timestamp-aligned to every frame the mast records.
