Privacy Policy
How Neicrone collects, uses, and retains personal data — from this website, from partner intake, and from the telemetry the platform carries on behalf of operators.

Who this covers
This policy covers Neicrone (“we”), this website, and the Andromeda console. It describes personal data we hold about individuals: site visitors, people who submit the partner intake form, and named contacts at partner organisations.
It does not describe the operational data our platform processes on behalf of a partner under contract. Where we handle data as a processor rather than a controller, the Data Processing Agreement governs instead, and the partner remains the controller.
What we collect
// Submitted directly
- Partner intake: name, work email, organisation, role, and whatever you write in the free-text fields describing your deployment.
- Correspondence: the content of emails you send us and our replies.
// Collected automatically
- Standard server request data — IP address, user agent, requested path, timestamp — retained in short-lived operational logs for security and debugging.
- Map and geocoding requests made by the Andromeda console are proxied through our infrastructure, which means the third-party tile and geocoding providers see our servers rather than you.
// Not collected
- No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and no third-party analytics scripts on the marketing site.
- No special-category data. Please do not include it in intake free-text fields.
Why we hold it, and on what basis
- Responding to intake — to evaluate and reply to a partnership enquiry. Legitimate interest, and at your request.
- Operating the service — to serve pages, keep the console available, and investigate faults. Legitimate interest.
- Security — to detect and investigate abuse. Legitimate interest.
- Legal obligation — where retention or disclosure is required of us by law.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it to train models.
Who we share it with
Infrastructure and service providers acting on our instructions: hosting and edge delivery, the managed database behind the console, email delivery, and map tile and geocoding providers. Each receives only what its function requires.
Otherwise, only where compelled by law, or in connection with a corporate transaction, in which case this policy travels with the data.
How long we keep it
- Intake submissions: for the life of the commercial relationship, and up to 24 months after last contact if no relationship results.
- Operational server logs: rotated on a short cycle, typically within 30 days.
- Correspondence: as long as needed for the matter, and any period a legal obligation requires after that.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to processing carried out on legitimate-interest grounds. To exercise any of these, write to privacy@neicrone.com. We aim to respond within 30 days.
If you are in the UK or EEA and are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your local supervisory authority.
International transfers
Our infrastructure runs on globally distributed edge networks, so data may be processed outside the country you are in. Where a transfer leaves the UK or EEA, we rely on the applicable safeguards for that transfer, including standard contractual clauses where they apply.
